  • Venue prices include- Tables, Chairs, table clothes, for up to 125 people
  • Damage deposit $1,000 (check on file)
  • Event insurance required – link to obtain is on our website
  • Payment due in full for venue at time of booking
  • Venue to be vacated on time or additional fee will be charged
  • Venue to be left in same condition and cleanliness or additional fees will be charged
  • Custodial services $100 per hour
