• Weeknight Weddings – Use of Venue for 3 hours, Starting at $1,350
• Friday Night Weddings – Use of Venue 11:00am-11:00pm, Starting at $3,000 *Rehearsal is included No Charge
• Saturday Night Weddings – Use of Venue 11:00am-11:00pm, Starting at $4,000 *Rehearsal is included No Charge
• Sunday Weddings – Use of Venue 11:00am-7:00pm, Starting at $3,200
• Rehearsal Dinner Night Before – Use of Venue 4:00pm-10:00pm, Starting at $2,000
• Cleaning / Custodial Services – $200 per hour unless Venue is left as it was found. *typical cleaning is 2-4 hours
• Bartenders – Supply your own alcohol – Bartender- $100 for 3 hours per Bartender. We also offer referrals to contract out liquor and bartenders

Details

• Venue prices include- Tables, Chairs, table clothes, for up to 125 people
• Damage deposit $1,000 (check on file)
• Event insurance required – link to obtain is below
• 50% retainer due at time of booking *Non-Refundable / the balance due 30 days prior to the event. Day of event misc charges due at the close of your event.
• Venue to be vacated on time or additional fee will be charged
• Venue to be left in same condition and cleanliness or additional fees will be charged
• Custodial services $100 per hour per person
