The Iron Bit
Crispy, golden pork chops served with fluffy buttermilk biscuits and a blanket of house-made country gravy. A true stable classic reimagined with a Saddle Creek twist.
Pair with: Saddle Creek Bloody Mary – bold, peppery, and the perfect match for hearty fare.
The Bourbon Breaker
Rustic baguette slices soaked in a rich bourbon cream custard, griddled until golden, and finished with a warm drizzle of vanilla bourbon syrup. Crisp-edged, custard-soft, and just boozy enough to make you kick off your boots and stay awhile.
Pair with: Ten Steeples Bourbon – The toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel notes in this bold bourbon echo every bite, rounding out the dish with a warm, smooth finish.
The Saddle Creek Plate
Three farm-fresh eggs scrambled with cheese, served alongside golden Thoroughbred potatoes, house-made McIntosh Farms sausage, and Fred-baked bread with Saddle Creek Wine Jam. A full gallop kind of start.
Pair with: Saddle Creek Rosé – light, dry, and just fruity enough to complement the jam and sausage.
The Golden Gallop
A pistachio-encrusted salmon filet, oven-roasted until tender and crisp around the edges, served with a toasted bagel and our house-made dill cream cheese—lightly whipped with lemon zest, herbs, and a hint of sparkle. A refined plate with a nod to brunch on the range.
Pair with: Saddle Creek Mimosa – Bright, citrusy, and effervescent, this signature sip cuts through the richness of the salmon and cream cheese for a perfectly balanced bite-and-bubble pairing.
The Longhorn Melt
Shaved smoked ham and sliced tomato layered with melty Swiss and sharp cheddar on Chef Shawna’s house-made herb bread, grilled to golden perfection and finished with a swipe of whole grain mustard aioli. Served with our signature Thoroughbred Potatoes—crispy, buttery, and herb-roasted to the finish line.
Pair with: Saddle Creek Sparkling White – Bright and bubbly with just enough acidity to cut through the melt’s richness and bring every bite into stride.
The Little Wrangler Plate
One farm-fresh scrambled egg, a savory sausage patty, and a colorful side of fresh seasonal fruit. Just the right size for your smallest brunch buddy—with flavors that’ll make even the pickiest cowpoke smile.
Pair with: Iced Chocolate Milk – Cool, creamy, and perfectly sweet—because every little wrangler deserves a treat.
As always, we will have featured items on our mini appetizer bar that is included with our brunch items.
